Assistance 24H while travelling

Medical Expenses

• Direct payment of hospital and surgical expenses up to:

€ 1.500 for Italy destination

€ 5.000 for Worldwide destination

 

• Refund of medical/pharmaceutical expenses up to € 500 for Italydestination and € 1.000 for Worldwide destination
• Refund of transport expenses from the place of the event to the first aidmedical centre or place of first admission up to € 500 for Italy destinationand € 1.000 for Worldwide destination

 

Baggage

• Refund up to € 500 as consequence of theft,robbery, bag-snatch, fire, failure to return and damage by the airline company
• Refund up to € 250
for ‘essential purchases’ following a delay in the return of checked baggageof more than 8 hours

• Refund up to € 100 for sending a luggage weighing within 20 kg includingpersonal and professional  effectsfollowing a theft or a delay in the return of checked baggage of more than 12hours

 


24H Information

Allianz Global Assistance will provide informationsuch as:
• trains, airplanes, ferries timetables

• tourist visa,bureaucratic andadministrative information

• vaccinations

In addition, Allianz Global Assistance can arrange for:
• specialist or diagnostic visits abroad

• hotel booking in Italy and abroad at favorableconditions

• cars / vans renting at favorable conditions

 

Sending a coworker to replace the insured

In the event of:

• sudden illness or accident occurring to the Insuredon the spot

• damage to the Insured’s residence

• serious illness to the Insured with a prognosis ofmore than 7 days or death of a family member

Allianz Global Assistance will arrange for sending acoworker to replace the Insured

 

 

Professional Travel Assistance

Allianz Global Assistance will arrange 24h thefollowing services:

• Identification of a lawyer and advance of bail moneyup to € 1.000  

• Modification of the planning

• Refund up to €100 for restaurant, taxi and rented vehicle expenses in the event of a delayof more than 6 hours in the scheduled arrival time

 

 

Safe Family

In the event of sudden illness or incident occurringto the family members of the Insured at home, Allianz Global Assistance willarrange the following services:

• Medical consultancy by telephone

• Sending of a doctor from 8pm to 8am and on public holidays. In the eventof unavailability of one of the doctors partnered with Allianz GlobalAssistance, the Operational Centre will arrange the transfer to the nearest ERDepartment. WARNING: In case ofemergency, the relative or those on his/her behalf must contact the officialrescue services (118 Service).

• Arrangement of specialist and diagnosticexaminations

in case of necessity at the residence in Italy of the familymember, Allianz Global Assistance will arrange the following services:

• Sending of an electrician

• Sending of a locksmith

• Sending of a plumber
